private homes for Bristol Motor Speedway Events.
Accommodations available for a room or rooms in three
private homes located close to race track. See
below for links to pictures, descriptions and rental
rates of each home. Homeowners will remain in the
home. Three nights minimum stay, no pets,
no smoking indoors. Deposit of one-half cost of
stay ( cashier's check or money order ) due within
seven days after making reservations. Remainder due
upon arrival. If, after sending deposit, there is a
cancellation more than 30 days of scheduled arrival,
the deposit will be returned less 5% . If cancellation is
within 30 days of scheduled arrival, no refund will
be made unless the reserved room/rooms can then be rented.
