Initially we will go through a seeding tournament and we have
been
put in the SouthWest Region. Our first game will be on Tuesday morning
at 11:00 am versus Boseman, MT. You can find our brackets by
clicking here
. How we do in these
first three games will place us in a pool of teams that we will be
more nearly matched to, in terms of level of play. That will determine
the division for which we will compete for the tournament.
We thank all for your prayers. We're home now and
celebrating our
team's accomplishments. There were SO many teams and a lot of
good, tough competition.
The Varsity Boys played their best ball during the final three
games
which netted (pun intended) them the 1st Place National Champ Trophy
for Division 1A. Picture of that trophy to come !
Little Lady Ambassadors needed:
Our Little Ladies performed WONDERFULLY ! We are all so
proud of them. Just wait until these younger athletes mature and
continue to develop in size and skills - WHEW!

Directions to our home gym from Knoxville:
Take I-40 West and take the Watt Road exit. Go left off the exit and continue
till it dead-ends at Kingston Pike. Turn right. When you come to a split, bear
left.
Go about 4 miles to Leeper Street and turn left (look for Phillips 66 &
Lowery Van
and Truck Sales on corner). Go to the dead end and turn right. The
church/school
is about one block down on the right.
Directions to our home gym from Maryville:
Take Hwy. 321 to Lenoir City. At first traffic light turn right. Go
to the 1st street
at the Dairy Queen and turn right. Go to the 1st street and turn left
(Martel Road).
The church/school is about 1/4 mile on the left past the cemetery.

NOTICE to all interested parents and players:
We had our initial meeting and found we need many homeschooling parents to
step up and volunteer for numerous vital duties. Please see, e-mail, call
Janice Brickey to see what positions need filling and volunteer yourself.
Many hands make light work. We have no paid staff or even full-time
directors and we must have the involvement of the whole homeschooling
body to have a successful season. Please help us. Volunteer.
We expect to have boys and girls middle school and high school programs
available this season. If you have friends who might be interested who
might not
have E-mail, please pass this information along and encourage them to join up.
Encourage them to make the sacrifices for their children's sakes, and
acquaint
them with our great family atmosphere among all the participating families.
