PROPOSAL PROCESS

OUTLINE OF A PROPOSAL PACKET FOR YOUR SCHOOL BOARD
(Packet should be professionally presented in a presentation folder, with your own letterhead and business card, if possible)

1. Letter of Intent

2. Letters of Recommendation for Released Time from Community Leaders
(State Representative/ Senator, Police Chief, City Council Members, Mayor)

3. Letters of Recommendation for Released Time from Church Associations or
various churches in the area

4. The Released Time Proposal specific to the School and Church involved

5. Letter from the Pastor and Elders of that Church

6. Information sheet on specific details of the program and the church's qualifications to meet the challenge (Class rooms, number of bathrooms, handicapped access, staffing, curriculum materials, access to school, insurance, etc.)
