Ernie puts Bon Jovi in his all-time top 5 bands. That is gutsy. I love Bon Jovi(then why don't you marry them) and I have to agree with him about how underrated they(see: no respect for any band that may be considered a hair band) were in their time. But I think Ernie's pick shows how underrated they are in the entire history of Rock 'n Roll. I mean, they totally embody what Rock should be: Fun. They're music made you feel good when you listened. It didn't make you mad, or depressed, or hate the life you should be thankful for. It simply made you ROCK. Nice pick Ern, I don't know if they'd make it to my top 5, but definitely top 10 material. Wanted Dead or Alive was my generations rock anthem. It was our Freebird. It was our Smells Like Teen Spirit. It was our My Generation, Satisfaction, Jailhouse Rock and Get Down Tonight. OK, maybe not the last, but you get the picture.
