Hey, Ya Know What?

Having a message isn't a big deal. Have one or don't. Either way, don't let your message make you suck. That's what Eddie and the boys did. The musical direction took a nosedive at about the same time their world view evolved. They stopped being entertaining and became very self involved. They were so worried about being big stars(i.e. they didn't want to be, yeah whatever) that they took this big leap and at the same time told fans, "you can take a flyin' leap to." Not only is that lame but it's selfish. I'm rambling now and opening a big ole can of confusion. So I'll stop and wrap it up with this. Ernie likes 'em and I don't anymore. I also predict that even though that is my synopsis, Ernie won't be able to resist one more explanation of why it's ok for him to feel as he does. That's just what Ernie does. One cool thing about him is this though: He won't try and make someone else wrong in the process. God love his little heart.

What my face looks like thinking of Edward Vedder.
