I am not a superstitious guy. I do not believe in curses. But if I were a Cub fan, I might be out today stalking and taking out a few goats. Are you kidding me!!! Up 3-1 with 2 of the last 3 games being handled by the best 1-2 punch in pitching this year? I am totally amazed. I don't feel nearly as bad now as a Dodgers fan. I've got it pretty darn good. I wonder what Dusty 'the great one' Baker's thoughts were the last two nights leaving in pitchers that even I knew needed to be pulled. On the other side, Jack McKeon, the 72 year old wonder, was making the calls it took to stay alive. I tell ya, if Dusty were to win the Manager of the Year over Jack, it would be a travesty.

Speaking of Dusty, boy he got off the hook a lot quicker for his 'white people can't stand the heat like blacks and latinos' comment that Rush did for the McNabb non-issue.
