AWEsome. I just heard one of my favorite Van Hagar songs, So Good. What a cool song. Neat keyboard work, nice guitar solo, and Sammy's rockin' voice. The best part though are the background vocals. Anyone who has heard the song will know what I am talkin' about. Sammy sings "It feels so good" and the response by the band in their trademark high pitched vocals of "So Good!" is just too much fun. One bad thing about hearing this song today. I heard it on the Classic Rock station. Huh? The music I went through high school with is classic now? How stinkin' old am I? Couple that with the fact, as I mentioned the other day, the Smurfs ended over a dozen years ago and add to that I will have a child driving in about 6 years and in college in about 8 and I am pretty doggone old now even though I am just 31.
