And on the subject of modern rock, a band I have really dug from the past couple of years is Tantric. For those who may not know they are basically Days of the New without the jerk lead singer. Their debut album was really solid and if you like good modern rock harmonies (See Alice in Chains) then you'd like these guys. They have a new album coming out next month and I am actually anxious to hear it.

FM Static, Thousand Foot Krutch, Slow Day Coming, Blindside, Seventh Day Slumber, Everyday Sunday, Skillet... I don't like them all, but they all make me think of music Mike likes...
