I just ventured out of bed for the first time since Sunday night, well, other than going to the doctor yesterday. I have strep. It's a first for me. In addition to a throat that feels like it's been ripped to shreds, there has been a head ache, fever, chills and body aches. Oh yeah, I have that sever sinutitus thing again on top of it so I am stopped up and my left ear ached for a bit.

I'm finally coming out on the other side, but it's been rough. Thank the Lord for good health. You realize that when things aren't so great.
