America Wins!

I do not say this because the candiate I voted for won. I say this, because we got to vote with little or no problems. We had a losing candidate who was very mindful of his country and to his credit, did not contest this election. Mr. Kerry bowed out gracefully today and we will not have to repeat the chaos of 4 years ago. It is a great day to be an American. God, in his mercy and grace, has given us not what we truly deserved.

I understand that today is a tough day for 49% of our country. To them I'd say, take heart and support your president. To the 51% who are very happy today, I'd say this: enjoy the win, but do not gloat and do not do things that will cause further division.

We are all Americans. Let's act like it.
