What to do when your best friend moves away?

Well, the interview went better than I could have expected yesterday. I feel very positive about it and think I have a really good shot. Thanks so much to all of you who prayed.

Ern, congrats on the new job man, that's just awesome. You deserve it and I hope it turns out to be even more satisfying than you hope it to be. Now that that is out of the way... I DON'T WANT MY BEST FRIEND TO LEAVE!!! I know he won't be far, but gosh darn it, it goes from 10 minutes away to an hour and a half. I'm gonna miss havin' the Ern man so close by. At least there is email, and blogs, and text messaging and free long distance on the cell. It's gonna be tough though to see him move on and away. No matter how much we don't want them to, these things tend change dynamics. There isn't much of a way around it. And I don't want dynamics to change! They could always change for the better though, and I pray they do. At least I get to visit him at a place called, 'The Willows'. We have already developed a very fun and amusing way to say it that makes you laugh every time. Well, if you are a guy. Cause we all know the ladies just can't clue in to most of our humor.

Ern, I love ya buddy. And you are going to be missed in so many ways. But I am so proud of you. When a little brother goes and does good, you just can't help but be proud.
