Automatic Update of Libraries Nightly:
Automatic Update of Databases: The NIST search will also automatically combine
and distribute user databases and associated structures across a computer
network.
The process is driven by “DOS” batch files written by the user, which “call”
library
utility programs written by NIST. We
update and distribute our database nightly
using this approach (For details, click here).
The utilities close_progr.exe and filecopy.exe can be downloaded from
ms_utilities.zip.

Some browsers can read them directly if Adobe Acrobat is installed. If you want
to
save a document to your disk, "right click" instead of "double
clicking" with left
mouse button. This will allow you to "save target as" which will
write the file to
