Barney's mother was a red and white fluffy Cardigan. His father was a white chihuahua.

How to Be a Party Animal

First you sing "Happy Birthday" to yourownself in your best widdle corgihuahua voice.

Carefully remove candles from the chicken cake so you won't get poked in the eye.

Sometimes Barney gets e-mail.  Sometimes he reads pee-mail.  But for his 16th birthday, the mailman brought cards and gifts from faraway friends!

Barney got toys and treats from his friends at his party, too.

Time for cake!
