A Tail...er uh, Tale
of Two Tutus
Once upon a time a beautiful little girl corgi named Silver (Brookshire Silver Lining, CGC) came to live in Tennysea.  Although she was a very feminine girl, most people hadn't seen a corgi before, and they would call her a "he," which broke Susiemom's heart.  Silver was her only girl.  Determined to do something about it, she began to dress Silver in ruffles and lace.
Sometimes she overdid it a little...
But no one ever mistook Silver for a boy corgi again.  Silver was thrilled!  She learned to sew ruffles of her own, and she vowed to stamp out nekkid corgis.  She began selling ruffles to other girl corgis through the CorgiAid Auctions.  Silver was kind hearted and loved helping homeless corgis.
Silver's friends were invited to square dance at Fun Fest.  Always light on her little corgi feets, Silver practiced and practiced with the group.
Silver was the shortest and oldest of the dancing dogs, but she tried so hard, they nicknamed her Twinkle Toes.
Her partner was a beagle named Van.
Silver enjoyed square dancing, but most of all, she wanted to be a ballerina.  She was so happy when she and Susiemom made a tutu!
The year she was 12 1/2, she danced herownself at Fun Fest.  She danced and danced till she had to be carried out of the ring.
Silver kept her promise to stamp out nekkid corgis by going to the Bridge wearing her flowered ruffle that she wore when she won Miss Paws in the Park.
Later, Paris Lynn arrived from Misshygun to help Barney with the sewing factory and the orphanage.  Although she had worn nothing but her pretty smile in Misshygun, she followed in Silver's footsteps by dressing in beautiful ruffles and lace.
Barney carefully unpacked Silver's tutu, and Paris Lynn tried it on.  It was a perfect fit!
When other girl corgis wanted tutus, Paris began making them for the auctions.  The angelic Silver came and helped with each one.  Some were purple.  Some were pink.  All were decorated with butterflies, a personal favorite of Silver.
Paris Lynn asked Lily, "do you think da rose one is 'me,' or is it 'too too?' Lily, who had never had a tutu before thought it was just her!
"mom, make chessy quit laffin' at us!"
And little Lily Ruth, who used to be too skinny to wear a tutu decided that purple was perfect!
Our hearts belong to CorgiAid.
So does Lily's pancreas.
